RUNAPOOL.COM ("the Platform") is provided solely for entertainment and organizational purposes. The Platform does not constitute, facilitate, or enable gambling, wagering, or any form of financial transaction between users.

The Platform does not process, transfer, hold, or facilitate any payments, contributions, or payouts between participants. Any financial arrangements between a pool host and participants are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved and occur completely outside the Platform.

A one-time $2.99 fee is charged per pool creation solely to cover platform operating costs. This fee is non-refundable once a pool is created.

By using this Platform, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that any pools you host comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• You will not use the Platform for illegal gambling or wagering activities.
• You are responsible for any financial agreements made outside the Platform.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or the nature of your pool to other participants.

Squares pools may be regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether running or participating in a squares pool is legal in your location. The Platform assumes no liability for any illegal use of this service.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

A non-refundable $2.99 fee is required to create each pool. This fee is charged via Stripe and covers platform infrastructure costs. It is not related to any participant contributions.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any disputes between pool hosts and participants regarding financial contributions or payouts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
