1. General Giveaway Rules
RunAPool.com may host free promotional giveaways from time to time. These Official Giveaway Rules apply to all free promotional giveaways hosted on RunAPool.com unless a specific giveaway's page states otherwise.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Giveaways are open only to eligible participants as described on each individual giveaway page. Entrants must provide a valid email address and complete email verification to be eligible to win. Entries that are not email-verified are not eligible for winner selection.
4. How to Enter
Users enter by submitting the entry form on the specific giveaway page. Each giveaway may have its own start date, end date, prize description, and winner announcement date. Details are displayed on each individual giveaway page.
5. One Entry Per Person
Unless otherwise stated on the individual giveaway page, entries are limited to one verified email entry per person per giveaway. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be rejected.
6. Winner Selection
Winners are selected randomly from all verified, eligible entries after the giveaway closes. Flagged, duplicate, suspicious, or disqualified entries are not eligible for winner selection. The random selection process is administered by RunAPool.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time (as determined by RunAPool), RunAPool reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes may be delivered digitally, by email, by ticket transfer, or by another method depending on the nature of the prize. Specific delivery details will be communicated to the winner. Prizes are not guaranteed to be exchangeable for cash or any alternative.
9. Fraud and Abuse
RunAPool reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, duplicated, abusive, or otherwise suspicious. Abuse of the entry process, including use of bots, disposable email addresses, or multiple accounts, may result in permanent disqualification.
10. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Any questions or comments regarding the promotion should be directed to RunAPool.com, not to Instagram or Meta.
11. Taxes and Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other obligations associated with accepting a prize. RunAPool is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by the winner.
12. Changes and Cancellation
RunAPool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time if technical issues, fraud, or other problems arise that affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion. RunAPool's decisions regarding all giveaway matters are final.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through giveaway entry forms may be used to administer the giveaway and, if the entrant opts in, to send future giveaways, sports pool updates, and promotions from RunAPool.com. We do not sell personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
